    Hey people,
    I loved my phone, and i've lost it about 1 week before. I want my phone back badly. From the methods i've enquired, it looks like i'm not gonna et it back....DAMN THE PERSON WHO STOLE IT!!!! Wont every be able to live peacefully!!!!
    Shoudl i buy this phone again?? i seriously loved it. Any other good phone int he market

    thats sad ...but u cant get it back ..
    i fu really liked it then go for it ...or else wait for n97 if u want to stick with nokia

    besides i have lost many phones ...but what can we do ..it happens

    Contact your network provider and they will block the IMEI from their side.

    People who steal phones usually ditch the sim as soon as they get it. Can providers find the imei if it's being used with other networks?

    The IMEI is phone specific and has nothing to do with sim cards.

    but nowadays they have become even smarter ...
    even if you get your stolen phones imei blacklisted ..still one can easily change the imei and still use the handset ...

    that sucks....stick a heavy fat gps system on it or just get insurance :P

    Sad to know. However if you decide to buy another one, I suggest that you look at other alternatives. In many ways 5800XM is a disappointment.
