    Default Help...Memory Card Files Are Gone!!!!

    my files on memory card are all disappear, photos music videos and all programs installed in it, i don't know what happened. i go to file manager and it show like its empty, but when i do memory status it show that is not empty, it shows 3gb free. what should i do, i wanna do the format of the memory card but i dont wanna loose my stuff. its strange because this is not the first time that happen to me, could it be a virus? help, sorry my english.

    take the memory card out from the phone and try reading it on your computer's memory card reader thingy..

    If you can see all the files inside the memory card, copy them all to your pc's drive and reformat your memory card before moving the copied files into the freshly formatted memory card.

    i did this, but even in my computer the memory card looks empty??

    Try using a 3rd party application that is capable of retrieving lost data from memory card. Perhaps you should use Google and research on "Data recovery" or something along that lines..

    use piriform recuva.. simple and effective, but don't think it will retrieve all your data

    Happened to me when using fw 20 & 30. No chance. Say sayonara to all your datas.
    Next time, scan the mmc regularly.

    man this happened alot to me on ofw 40... everytime i record a lecture using the builtin voice recorder it happen.. i use final data 2.. its a recovery tool. i recover the recorded mp4 file and format the mmc and recopy everything cuz i have it all on my laptop.. use "final data 2" and recover all the files u dun have on computer.. i hope this helps u...
