Default Why is that so hard to Nokia to implement "right clic" ?

I'm talking about Symbian S60v5, and particularly Nokia 5800. It's just a question, and kind of a rhetoric one.

In the contact list, we can do a long-tap and it will open a menu with some tasks to do for a contact. In the calendar app, a long-tap in an entry will make us able to delete or edit that item. That's a sort of Windows right menu equivalent. Great. That's great. My question is: why this feature is not implemented in the whole Symbian system, in all menus, for all options of all kind of files Is that so hard? This would be THE perfect implementation to use copy/cut/paste and batch selection (clipboard) everywhere.

Seriously, I don't understand what goes in mind of all those developers.

    Thanks for reading.

Such a feature sure would be nice... a long tap should count as a right click

    why shouldn't it be possible?
just an easy contextmenu. Opera mobile beta has it fully integrated, so what?
shouldn't be such a big problem for nokia to do that.

I think that he says it's impossible because RIGHT NOW we have nothing that allow us to do that. Not the system itself neither any patch/hack/add-on. The only what to do what would be if Nokia develop it. Would be. They won't. LOL
