    Nokia please make your customers happy, as a leading mobile manufacturer you should always consider satisfaction of nokia users before its too late. I hope that this disppointed customers will support u more... Please wake up...

    they should give us symbian ^3 free and a MAJOR discount on the next "Flagship" hardware. If not, Nokia you lost me as a long time customer. Trade my loyalty for profit, don't think so.

    Not only was the N97 a disappointment.. the 5800 also was a huge letdown! Nokia lost a loyal consumer in me.

    To all who are hoping S^3 will be just given to you, it won't. Yes, it sucks, but it won't happen. And if it does and I'm wrong, great, but it just won't happen. They aren't gonna give you a discount either. You bought the phone, it does exactly what they said it would do, browse the web, make calls, send texts, play music, etc etc. Sure the experience wasn't mind-blowing, but that's Nokia's fault, and they don't really care, as this video demonstrates.

    "He moves on to describe how Nokia fixed the situation (PR 2.0) and how Symbian^3 will be ensuring it does not happen again."

    Read that again, from the first post. "Fixed the situation" They believe firmware updates have made the phone worth it's money and that it's no longer an issue.

    they dont believe they are fooling people and they know what they are doing the both crapy devices 5800 and nokia n97 was a test nothing more and they tested it the stupid poor people , iam one of them .
    But one thing they did right the people who bought those crapy device they wont buy nokia any more and if anyone does , cant say more than Stupid .

    I really hope that everything that fails @Symbian^1 has been fixed in Symbian^3
