    Default Freeing up phone memory

Hi, does anyone know of a way to clear up the phone memory? I've been trying to get the update for the Ovi maps, but it won't download since I have only 5MB of free space.

I've checked in every folder possible, deleted all the songs and pics that were there in the phone memory and still there's only 5 MB!

Could anyone help me out with this? Is there some app which will help me do this?

go to settings -application manager- application installed -in that u can see all applications installed if u observe the right side of every app name u can see the symbol ,if it is showing means that app is installed in memory card if it is blank it means it is installed in phone memory try to find and remove or uninstall that app and later install tat in mem card.

I freed up 20MB by deleting my browser cache. In c:system/cache if using Xplore. Or go into web browser/options/clear privacy data/ then /cache/ or /all/ if ur not bothered about history or saved passwords.

Deleting everything in the below folders gets you some MB's back.

    C\system\cache
    C\system\dmgr
    C\system\temp

Well, FYI i upgraded Maps but when checking installed apps found that i had both Nokia Maps (9MB) and Ovi Maps (7MB) and both the same version.
Just uninstalled Nokia Maps and got +9MB free....
