Default Annoying vibration when locking the N5800xm

As the title shows, there is an annoying vibration when I┤m locking my phone.
the vibration is for about 3 seconds. In fact, i found out, that the vibration is only so long, when i have dr jukkas keylockclock activated. But in fw31 the vibration hadn't been as long as now. now i have v40 and the only thing that sucks by that fw is dr jukkas keylockclock :/
What to do?! PS: I don't want to turn off the vibration alarm in the options !!

The only way is deactivating vibration by profile settings, or uninstalling the program (use other better and with no bugs, like SlideUnlock).

Aii, thank you for help. I'll will try that app soon.
erm.. other question, not related to the topic:
How can I see how much RAM is used currently on the phone?
Only with handy taskman? Or are there any other apps, where I don't have to pay 15$ for them

I don't know, but there's a way to reduce it for free. vMenu has an advanced app switcher, that shows clock, contacts, messages even if you have them closed, cause phone doesn't need so much RAM to open them again, but RAM is being used for nothing. Only thing you need to do is shut them off... and it works!
But menu will be like iPhone... and there's crack option (and more, but I don't know), and it's forbidden talk here about that.

Use jbak taskman, as good as handy without the hefty price tag. Good locking apps to look at would be nunlock and fingerprint scan. Both arent free though so i recomend mykeylock. Its the best for me, if you choose lock/unlock way to API the phone wont vibrate when locked/unlocked.
