Update using Nokia Software updater, then it will work for you.

Hey there

for now, I know that the taiwan, hong kong and singapore fw have chinese language pack. What I want to know is which ones have simplified chinese AND traditional chinese language packs included (since the Taiwan one just have traditional, as expected).

Is there any way for checking the lang packs included without flashing the phone?

EDIT: ended up flashing. The singapore fw can write both simplified and traditional chinese, and is the only one to do so, I guess.
