    you should check if they have a JAF box and ask them to flash it.

    I tried flashing my DEAD 5800 with both jaf and phoenix but it's always that same problem: It's when they ask me to power the phone and my pc can't establish a connection with my DEAD phone. I attached two screen shots. I'm desperate, i read alot of guides and followed them step by step, sorry if i waste your time.

    when you press the power button, you SHOULD NOT press it like you're turning it on. instead, tap it quickly (around 0.5 sec). does this work?

    No it doesn't, thank you but i already read that in the guide

    one reason could be that the battery is drained. can you use a different battery or charge the one you have? by the way, i believe that a dead phone does not charge batteries.
