did yah followed the exact steps to convert v10 hk red to v11 EURO1? please let me know asap im trying to do this :O

and for product code did u left it as is? under APAC HONG KONG RED ? or change it to EURO1 or so.. ?

UPDATE : i just tried it, but failed when i press either refurbish  or restore, IT WONT detect my phone whatsoever after turning on,  and it wont let me tick reflash dead phone(the option is faded out)

I install the program like so in instruction , what am i doing wrong? Right now i have install V11 firmwares files install on the pc , and when choosing product code i picked EURO 1 BLUE .

Do i need to also install APAC v10 firmware? Please help thanks in advance!

I have not tried flashing my HK set to Euro.
Do not turn on your phone before instructed.

V11 i believe u have to change your product code for the package to accept your phone. I read about failures to update to V11 due to the reason the firmware is only for certain phones, maybe the earlier batch.

UPDATE: okay i successfully updated my 5800 to v11 EURO1 . But it failed after flashing finish at communicating in local mode. but i cancel it and just restarted the phone. Everything seem to be fine hopefully .. now restoring my settings and stuff via nokia suite phew x.x

After playing around with the flashing I found out that Phoenix version 2008_34_10-v2 is the most reliable. I used the latest one and it wouldn't find my 5800 at all. I guess that with the latest version it only works for dead phones.
So, if you would like to experiment with flashiong your "working" phone I will suggest to use that early version.
On a different note, I am seriously thinking to flash the original HK firmware back to the phone and turn it to where I bought it from because of the annoying problem with the call volume, I just cannot see myself holding the corner of the phone tight every time I have to talk.
