    hi guys

    im trying to revive my bricked phone. using the latest phoenix..Phoenix_2009.34.7.exe

    my issue is simple.. basically.. dead phone.

    anyway to jump straight to my prob w/ this procedure, i'm getting an error
    "Neither DP1.0 nor DP2.0 was found for the Product, or the Product cannot be identified"

    using navifirm i have downloaded the right firmware
    RM356_31.0.008_020_xxx_U01.uda.fpsx
    RM-356_31.0.101_C01_prd.rofs3.fpsx
    RM-356_31.0.101_prd.core.C00
    RM-356_31.0.101_prd.rofs2.V01
    RM356_0558982_31.0.101_001.dcp
    RM356_0558982_31.0.101_001.vpl
    RM356_0558982_31.0.101_001_signature.bin

    and put them inside the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Nokia\Phoenix\Products" folder


    what am i doing wrong?

    Try to put the files in:

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\rm-356"

    Folder

    i installes phoneix successfully But when i run it it gives error....Install Nokia Dongle...wht is this anyone help plz..

    Could you pls help me. The problem show "Neither DP1.0 nor DP2.0 was found for the Product, Or Product cannot be identified. Only "Auto-detect" will be available. How can i update my phone.

    Why are you using JAF to update the FW?
    This guide is to flash your phone, if it is bricked.
    Use NSU to update the FW.
