    i'm having similar problem, and now my phone is in nokia care center.
    mine can boot up but keep on rebooting and it will die on its own soon after.

    my phone is pretty much unusable but not totally dead.
    no matter how many times i reflashed even with various product codes, the problem is still persist.

    how did you do that i cannot install it on my vista even if i put admin right and winxp in comptibility tab... ?? please share

    as rad said justa serach all info is there on this forum ...
    if u still cant get phoenix to work on your vista ...then simply use jaf tool ..it works with vista 32 bit and u can flash your dead phone with it

    JAF has a factory reset option, that fixes the lock code problem!

    now last problem, how to remove memory card password? nothing works for that!!

    tried that, my phone is hacked with helloOx 1.03, in c:\sys\ there is no file at all! its empty no mmcstore anywhere in c drive! helpp!
