    Default Memory card, when updating fw

    Do i need to remove it when i'm updating mt 5800 fw??

    Not necessarily. But, when you update, its better to start off fresh so its a good idea to hard reset and format your MMC.

    And, If i not format the MMC after updating, will my phone be bug or have bad behavior?

    it has not have bad behaviour but if you have oncde installed an app on e: and you deleted it, there will be still some files on e: left. it is better to at least delete the private and the system folder on e:

    Ok, when i start updating using nsu its display on the left side current version v20 down to it is update v20, whats that mean?

    that maybe for your product code there isnt a new firmware available but you can install the v20 again if you have problems on your phones

    i dont know exactly what nss is (nemesis?)
    you have to do the steps as it is said in the thread about changing product code and then you can update your 5800 to the v40 using the nsu
