    are you flashing in dead mode?

    My phone won't turn on, only vibrate. And after flashing, while it is trying to pool, there are these strange purple/white lines showing on phone.

    Help please.

    Guys i'm newbie for flashing although i read thru all guide but there is few problem occur:-
    1)From Jaf software i created C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\RM-505 or C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nokia\DataPackage\Products\RM-505
    with all navifirm file to both of this folder.
    2)However when running the software (JAF) i press "Use ini" in order to find my product firmware and it just blank nothing at all.

    Any idea.....

    you might have an lcd issue.

    do you get the nokia tone during opening the device?

    what do you mean blank? the list of devices?

    i think you need a new jaf ini. search the forum for it mate.

    you should use only one folder at a time and and have this .ini. file i uploaded

    go to this link to download fresh J.A.F setup file

    install it and run

    put f/w files in only one folder at a time

    replace the .ini i uploaded here with the old file in the directory


    C:\Program Files\ODEON\JAF
