I have an interesting problem, I have a nokia e71x that i'm desperately trying to unbrand.
I have changed the product code in it successfully using jaf but when i try to flash the phone it keeps
on saying phone rebooted but not in flash mode. I have tried both manual and dead usb flashing and i have tried both manual and dead in phoenix as well the same thing always comes up in both programs that it can't boot into flash mode.

    Any suggestions?

Hi there, can someone help me revive my dead 5800? im goin to explain what happened:

    1. the phone came with RM356-Chinese, so i flashed to RM428-Spanish.

    2. then i tried to downgrade the software version from 21 to 20 and the phone died.

    3. i tried using jaf, uni, and phoenix to revive my phone but none of them worked.

    4. so a friend told me to revive it with RPL, but when i try to get the sx4 auth, it says no phone found. T.T

    Can someone please help me?

use Jaf tool flashig method(read the method carefully )..and make sure that you have xp on your system .....

BTW next time dont flash your phone with different Hardware file..yes Rm-428 is a different than Rm-356..try to flash it with any other rm356 f.w file
