    Have you tried to change the code with NSS?
    For a simple matter such as Changing Product Code, I hesitate to recommend JAF, because chances are higher to make a mess of your phone...

    Can't get it to work when I connect the phone and Windows detects it I run NSS and once I hit scan it comes up Reading Values... Error. Any ideas ? Using Vista Home, have PC Suite installed and connecting in PC Suite Mode when connectin to the pc.

    If you connect the phone in "PC Suite" mode, and windows detects the phone, then NSS should also detect it.
    What NSS version are you using? Make sure you have v1.0.38.15.
    If nothing else works, then go with JAF.

    @gebreas,
    Look under the battery for a 7 digit code.
