    ok some feed back:

It will Fail the first time around- I think that this is because it needs to install the reflash drivers first time around (which you need to click 'finish' on to progress)

During this first update attempt It will get stuck after about 5 mins and hang...I needed to touch the screen to bring up the dial pad to get it moving along again.

A failed message comes up - ignore it ans hit 'retry'. This time it worked.

It even kept all my programs/ contacts and email settings! Having a play now, i'll write about any issues later.

Seems all to be good. Also the new search bar loaded up immediately

Yes, I dropped the FireWalls, Antivirus etc...got it to run no probs.

The upgrade went well, very easy both to reprogram the product code and to re-flash the resulting FW.

It did need a HARD reset to get all the new (yea!) features working, but that's no problem - just do a back up BEFORE you try to upgrade then you can restore all your contacts, websites, emails and messages in seconds after the FW flash.

It was well worth it just for the new search function and the iPlayer upgrade. But I did immediately 'feel' as if it was more responsive too.

Any q's just post, i'll do my best to help.

I changed my product code from 0577080 (o2 germany) to 0559372 (euro 2) and also tried 0559360 (euro1), v20 should be available for both of them. but I had no success in getting the update ota. I don't have winxp, so I couldn't try nsu. I'm running 11.0.008.

    any ideas?

    thanks
