    Default @ oreo27 & Upakul please help!! for cooking frimware

    can any moders help me for
    1-how to delet an built in app ( active notes,adobe pdf,serch ,share online,my nokia ,podcasting,about,joikuspot,boingo,qik,ovi store)?
    2-how can i delet Languages & in which file?
    3-when i extract RomPatcherPlus_2.3 i found (c_private, private, resource ,sys, ROMPatcher_Plus.pkg,RP_Patches.zip )
    -c_private------>
    -private------>
    -resource---->resource
    -sys------>sys
    -ROMPatcher_Plus.pkg------>
    -RP_Patches.zip ------->
    wher i place this files ROMPatcher_Plus.pkg , RP_Patches.zip & i have 2 private folder which 1 to use

    1. there is no perfect way of doing this but you can try this.

    3. whenever you see something that says C_private or e_private this just means that you can safely combine the contents to the private folder when adding it to rofs.

    rp patches are the default patches, extract that zip file and place it in your memory card in e:\Patches.

    the .pkg is a package file only used when installing. you can safely delete it.

    i have a problen in Nokia Editor Beta 6,7
    when i cooked my frimware and flashed my phone is dead , i tried again but without editing any thing (extract rofs2 & just repack ) and also my phone did not start up
    i even tried another cp. and also nothing
    any one can help me please

    what phone do you have and what exactly did you try to edit mate?

    Its n97 mate,
    But i use b7, it works fine

    realy nokia edit 6,7 have some bug with rofs2 like phone n97 and 5230 5235 and sovl fine by toll of adonix test by me and also sovt by chinse tool too
