    now to the point,
this tool removes the language files for the selected language, no need to edit the resource/bootdata/languages.txt ! the tool does it for you!
    1) choose the extracted rofs2 folder.
    2) choose the language you wanna remove.
    3) choose the default language code if u wanna change it.
    4) hit REMOVE
    OR
    1) choose the extracted rofs2 folder.
    2) choose the language you want to extract.
    3) choose the path for the extracted files.
    4) hit EXTRACT !

Now you can take your language and put it into every CFW

    Edit:
Just to make it clear, this app is compatible with Szakalit's (PNHT) NokiaEditor (all the versions by now) and do not work with Adonix's (PNHT too) Nokia GUI Firmware Editor because
the app works a little diffrent. so, untill Adonix will release his new GUI Firmware Editor (which will contain a Language Manager, same and even better then mine ), use of the NokiaEditor is needed

gonizah nice to meet people "me ha arez" listen man ive bought new n97 and u maybe know that nokia just cut few languages from its rofs2 there is hebrew, eng, romanian. And i need russian for messaging,i found russian original fw with rompatcher inside but thats all,ive tried to add langs in 5800 way

but useless and than i found ur topic it was medicine, but still i have some problem, ive extracted lang files from original rofs2.v14 to some folder, then extracted the rus rofs2 with all stuff with ur prog i removed few useless langs like ukrainian, romanian, then i just took all files of hebrew lang and coppied to russ rofs2 folder, everything good but only 2 files asked to be replaced,i did it .after repacking and flashin via jaf when phone turns on ,im starting get messages "system error" and i cant write msg, change lang or any other option that connected to languages.. Those r files - "ecom-2-0.spi" , "peninputitutconfig_latin.rsc" ive opened the first one(in hebrew folder and russian rofs folder) with notepad and saw that there mentioned languages that connected to this specific rofs2.vXX ,as i can understand if im mixing them they will not work, and ill get system error msg.
Maybe im doing somth wrong,i have n97 505.
    Tnx man, ata gever gever!

extract the language using nokia editor? well i've used your tool before to remove languages from my previous version of firmware (v30.0.009) and that works fine..

now since the i've updated mine into v31.0.005, your language tool doesn't work...i've pinpointed it to the exact directory containing my rofs2, but it just seems that your tool can't detect it.

but i guess i can delete languages manually..right? by deleting them from resources folder...are there any other folder where i should be looking into when i want to delete manually?

    Thank you
You cannot add language with this tool. You first extract the language you want from the original firmware. Then you can add the language by copying the extracted language files to the extracted ROFS2 folder and adding your language code into resource/Bootdata/languages.txt, and repack the CFW.
