    Agree with naughtypope, the memory starts to decrease once the phone starts resources at the backgroud for specific applications, such as CALL LOG, MESSAGING, HOME SCREEN, MENU, CLOCK and many more ..

    This can be increased back again by using RAM Blow application

    I use ramblow, xplore, nuldel and gforce for increased ram which is over 60 as well and should be nearing or is at 70 at its simplest (no theme effects, default theme, basic hs etc) and this is not the startup ram value. Im using pnht v40

    some cfw turnoff some process - it make more free up ram, ur using pnht v40, me too, but u can check some starter*.rsc to know ...
