Default Cooked firmware to 5800 v40 unhacked (See discription!)

I have no idea what im suppose to do, i have tried to read the other posts but i cant understand anything. Could someone give me some good introductions on what to do I have tried to flash the CFW and the v40 hack file to my phone with Phoenix and jaf, without results.. i havent damaged my phone... yet

-Laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
-Desktop with Windows 7 (beta / RC) 32-bit
-5800 v40 unhacked (0559375 scandinavian blue)
-Logitech G15 keyboard and G5 mouse
-usb cable
-Phoenix.2009.34.7
-J.A.F 1.98.68 + pkey 5

Files!:
-RM356_40.0.005_023_xxx_U01.uda.fpsx
-RM-356_40.0.005_C02_prd.rofs3.fpsx
-RM-356_40.0.005_prd.core.C00
-RM-356_40.0.005_prd.rofs2.V22 <---- Cooked file
-RM356_0559375_40.0.005_001.dcp
-RM356_0559375_40.0.005_001.vpl
-RM356_0559375_40.0.005_001_signature.bin

The reason why im listing everything is this: My internet speed is 0.3mbps... and it translates to 45kpbs download speed... its f***ing annoying to download stuff. So please dailymobile: Cook my phone!

What this guy needs is a guide. Their is no proper tutorial given in the modding forum to install cfw which seems to be a of urgent need and of utmost importance. With so much information circulating here its confusing to understand what to do? and how to do ? for a fresher. A proper beginners guide and tutorial is needed badly.

1) for starters , jump on 32 bit os ..win vista/xp/win7 would do but 32 bit version or you i'll have hard time ahead. ( you can setup win xp in virtual managers like virtual box, but if u aint got no clue what m talking about ..dont bother about it)

2)use this jaf for maximum compatibility
http://phoenixslayer.blogspot.com/20...leases+news%29

note : remember in win 7 32 bit after installing this version , change all exe files in JAF folder to compatibility mode with Windows XP SP2.

3)Read the First PNHT post in the modding thread which might help you understand stuff.

I dont have time cuz of mah exams or i would have explained you, cfw flashing in detail. till someone doesnt come up with propa guide surf the modding forum to understand nitties gritties of flashing .
