Default Adding new Root Certificate to ROM

Now that ROFS is open, can i just create my own root certificate and copy it over rofs:\private\10203636\security\trustroots\device\ certificates\ and use that to sign mi software ?

If yes, how could a create such a certificate ?

EDIT:: correct cert repository is a binary file database: "z:\resource\swicertstore.dat" ::EDIT

I don't know how to install one, but I know how to create one using OpenSSL. What I haven't figured out is how to create it with the Symbian installation extension.

You can even add a root cert OTA, I just didn't find out how to add Symbian Signing capability to a root cert.

When I added it OTA, it didn't get deleted by the system and I could see it when I browse the certificate store.
