I know the files in ROFS2 are copied to Z:
    Where are the files from:
    i) rofs3
    ii)uda
    iii)core
    copied to?
And what is there purpose? I assume the core is the main firmware files. And rofs2 is what gets used in Z: upon restore/reset.
    Thanks......

Does renaming the ROFS3 --> ROFS2 and then extracting, edit, repacking and renaming work?

i think you can extract rofs3 without renaming it first and then repack, I heard someone has successed change the default theme in rofs3.

Nah. Nokia editor won't let me open ROFS3 directly.... but i tried it by renaming and the first time i forgot to take off the REB- and the theme changed to an old school nokia one! The second time i replaced the backgrounds (soundwaves.jpg ETC.) with my own and flashed my 5800 and the background didn't change. I checked with xplore and all the ROFS3 files i edited are there! Must be another background file somewhere. But you can shave nearly a MB off Z: by editing the ROFS3 and deleting uneeded files. Someone correct me if i am wrong or if this is dangerous :P Maybe you can change the default theme?

Just dreaming this program like "nLite" or "vLite"...

We open the "iso", select what to remove, modify settings, choose what to add... Click "FINISH", and all done.... a new "iso" is created!

Don't have time now, but planning what to do with it! Thanks!
