Yes, it's possible to implement (don't sure about vibration, though)...
Anyway, any bugs or feature requests should be posted on project page.
And yes, I'm still working on GDesk (I just was on a vacation)...

I am in the process of making new icons for all the new features - battery, signal, missed calls, new message, network, charging etc just trying to work out how many parts for each ? its a bit of trail and error at the moment but im getting there, will share once done but dont hold your breath just yet ill work on them when I have the time

    so far I think...

    Message 10 part max .png
missed calls 10 part max .png
    battery 11 parts .png
    signal 7 parts .png
    charging etc ?

correct me if im wrong anyone please but they seem to be working for me

    Ian

All parts mentioned are left to right.
    Clock plugin:
    Digital clock - 10 parts for 24-hour type (digits 0-9), 12 parts for 12-hour style (digits 0-9 + 2 symbols for am/pm)

    InfoView plugin:
Battery - 11 parts (lowest to highest)
Signal - 6 parts (from lowest to highest)
Indicators - 6 parts (2 parts, off and on statuses, for each indicator - charging, network available, call in progress)
New sms, missed calls - 10 parts (from 0 to 10+)
Current profile - 7 parts (first 6 - for general profiles, 7 - for all custom)

One more question to anyone that can help, how do i get the spacing right on my indicators and digital clock im having a little trouble, are there any rules I should be following ? Im using Fireworks CS5 if that helps. Whilst Im here does anyone know how they guy that made the HTC style clock got the digits so big? I've tried making the .png bigger but it seems it has a max size when used in GDesk ? again Im a bit noob so any help is appreciated guys.

    Cheers,

    Ian

i think you just need to have all frames using the same dimension per segment.

Thanks buddy, is there an easy way to do this with fireworks? or do i just need to be careful with my placement , maybe id be better asking this in an adobe forum Im not doing to bad but get a few overlapping icons now and again. Im just using a regular png is there an easy way to make it segmented ? sorry if im being a bit vauge.

the big clock thing is still bugging me tho.

    cheers for reply +1

ok clock spacing was just because I had even spacing but because the 1 is a smaller digit it messed the rest up, have corrected that now, other indicators seem ok with a little tweaking just wasnt sure if there was a required spacing like 1px or something between digits/icons but as you say as long as its equal it seems to work ok .

however if anyone has any wisdom on this or can point me to any tutorials for gdesk designs I would still like to understand beter have tried the offical site but it only has limited info.

Every segmented icon should have segments of equal width and height. There should not be any spacing between segments.

    0.35 beta 1:
    * Tap Zone: now you can edit tap zone for every element (Select 'Show tapzone' in design mode). While this option is checked, selecting element will show default tapzone for this element. You can move/resize it then.
