Default PhoneTorch - a torch for 5th Edition (09-03-2009: Version 1.0.2)

    Hi,

I could not find a working tool to use my Nokia 5800XM as a torch, thus I made a small tool myself.
I hope that you like it too

The tool can be directly downloaded here: http://dev.meh.at

Update 09-03-2009: Version 1.0.2 with Morse Codes (SOS etc.)!!! and quick access to all features via touch interface.

[Edit 26th Feb. 2010:] There is a new version out with lots of new features, e.g. autostart, switch on/off with camera key, Omnia HD support.

Define long time, if you need light for a long time, buy a flashlight.
This app is made for emergency situations.

Mufaddal, thanks for guiding me here, and SyFr an awesome software you've made ! I hope this software has further extensions and customization options to it, in the near future, like maybe an sos signal like the way it was suggested, and maybe an option which would turn the whole display to white, as it would serve as a light too. Great job done though !

Seems like you are getting this error because you have not selected the privileges required for signing the application. To be on the safer side i would suggest you to click on the option - 'select all', which would select all the privileges listed there at Symbian Sign. OR you could use the RootSign or the Free sign softwares to sign the SIS file, and both work perfect !
