I installed it on my 5530 and it worked perfectly. After I clicked on a widget, it hung up and wasn't responding. Task manager didnt work. The only way to close it was to reset the phone. After resting the shell doesn't open it stays on the loading screen for ever. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it still doesnt ever finish loading. Can some one tell me whats wrong or if they suffered a similar problem?

i see all these complaints about ram draining etc

i been using all day, using opera mini, xplore, few other apps, and spb never crashed once, never ran out of ram either, i still have 41mb ram

i am using custom firmware, with system cache on e:/ so maybe thats whats making it run very well

where are the settings saved? I don't want to hard reset, because I did it yesterday
vmenu? i not got vmenu installed, i change setting to override orignal menu, when pressing menu now, i get kinetic scoll menu, similar to vmenu, buts it spb menu itself

it does take up some ram. i hope they can make an option to off animations to cut down on the ram usage. or at least spare a thought for the low ram 5800 users

the ability to customise homescreens and smooth transitions are really cool. nv experienced them when i used handy shell back then.

Tell me more what phone are you using and what firmware is that? That firmware would be a godsend for the 5800
