Default Pc suite Backup messed lot of my files

I made a total backup of the phone memory before using NSS and passed to Euro1,when building the backup which took about 2min,I saw that all my files including themes, sms and contacts were backed up.
BUT once I made the restore,it only took 30sec and then said that the phone will restart,ok! restarted then the ''installing'' message appeared and was saying that ''untrusted applications were found on the memory card...'' I then went to the applications and...NOTHING! just 2 games from my 20 that were installed and NO SMS NOR Contacts were brought back!!!!
    What's the problem?

well i get this error everytime i upgrade the firmware on my device .it doesnt have to do anythin with product codes ...but what happens is if you dont format the memory card ...there are some stuck sis files ...also from the backup there are some sis files conflicting with the ones on memory card

i would not advise to do a full backup...it is better to start fresh .just backup ur messages /conatcts /pim
also format ur mass memory .if not then remove stucked sis files ..the error will be gone ( always works for me)
