    Default N95 Brightness Sensor

    Hi everyone!

I've noticed that on my n95 the brightness sensor never turns on

What can I do to make it work?

    Thanks

    I knew that but...
I'm a bit worried about this situation because i've never seen the sensor flashing while all my friends' nokia do that sometimes...

I start to think that it's broken

    sensor flashing
    what is that
ur light sensor just adjusts the screen brightness automatically ...thats it ..
it is working .the best way to check it is in darkness your keypad lights will turn on and in sunlight ur keypad lights will be off

I'm talking about that little square that stands beside the front camera...in other words that would be the brightness sensor that in my case never light...while this happens to other nokia phones i've seen...

    How possible?
Have you guys never ever seen on the top of nokias screens,a "little square" that sometimes lights?
It doesn't stay always turned on (it just goes like flashing...)and yet it is very rare to see that!

Well on my n95 this doesn't happen but i swear i've seen that thing lighting on other nokia phones!

I just can't explain better than this...

    I've got two more questions:
1)Is it possible to connect to other wifi devices, like the play station portable for instance, through the phone wifi system to exchange files? (just like we do with the bluetooth)

2)Is it possible to use my phone like a remote control since it has an infrared connection system?

    1. Try to connect to your devices, then you have an answer.

    2. There is a app called Psiloc irRemote http://shop.psiloc.com/en/Applicatio...siloc+irRemote
