Sorry I don't belive it. You can "cook" C: but not Z: and I think mr. budingyun his talking about that.

Cook Z drive isn't possible yet with beta 06, so far has I know, If I'm wrong post here a N86 cooked rom.

My experiments with S60V3fp2 are on n85 RM-334V31.002, but they might help.
The opda thread mentions using JAF, not phoenix, I tried both and JAF was the only way to get a working flash.
The language file modding I did was only to add the RomPatcher files from the .sis.
I use NokiaEditor 0.6 to open, extract, then add the files to the rofs2 dirs, then repack.
Then I renamed the REM file to the same name as the downloaded firmware language file and copied it into the default phoenix ProductData directory. JAF finds the files there automatically.
I then did the JAF dead usb manual flash described in the howtos for the 5800, except that on the n85 I have to unplug the phone, click flash, and plug in the usb when JAF says to hit the power button.
n85 also fails to reset at the end of the flash, so I pulled the battery and the phone restarts normally.
Using this method, RomPatcher survives hard resets, so it made it to z:
