Default Kill Me ( task manager )

KillMe is a Symbian S60 task manager which groups the running processes (including the hidden ones) on your phone according to whether it really needs them to keep running. It's the easiest way to close stuck programs that can't be killed from Symbian's built-in task manager. You can also use it to close non-essential processes to free some memory if you're running low.

The latest version of KillMe has less bugs, can terminate tasks with the delete key, has a "panic" tab, and can kill processes automatically at startup,

    the app is unsigned

    From program author:

    KillMe 1.35

    Description:
This program used to terminate the useless process to release memory and save power. The process which is use * as beginning usually means that can be safety terminate. At default state, the process will be shown in the "Killed" area. Some of the process may terminate more than 3 times to cancel it, so user need to refresh the list to confirm the process termination.
This program need PowerMgmt Cap certificate signed. If you use your dev certificate to sign it, the program will not work. This program support English and Chinese, and it support all S60V3 phones, including FP1 and FP2.

    Removable:
This area stores removable processes. You can move unwanted process to this area. Also you can easily terminate all processes.

    Unsure:
When you can't make sure a process can be ended or not,you can put it here.

    Reserved:
If terminate a process cause mobile reboot, instable or waste energy, then the process will be put here.Only the author can maintain this list.

    Killed:
Killed and not running software will be shown here. You can restart it.

    Changelog:
    - Add "Exceptional" area
    - Add "Auto kill on startup" function
    - Add "Run command-line" function
    - Show GUI progame name by its title

Signed with a regular dev cert and installed just fine!
I moved Free-iSMS to "protected" and set it to autokill all the safe-to-kill apps. I swear 100% that my phone is faster. All the lags seem to have disappeared! But looking in "unsure-to-kill" there seems to be 70-80 other apps running at any time. OMG, imagine how fast my N97 mini would be if I could kill most of those...
(killing some of them crashed the phone though )
