did you read instruction carefully? make sure you untick crt308, tick dead usb, normal mode, manual flash.
flashing is 100% safe if you follow the right instruction and your firmware not broken.
try redownload your firmware http://btusers.com.ar/nan/nokia and uninstall reinstall every tool for flashing ( jaf, pcsuite, NSU ) then flash with full battery.

put your firmware at c/prog files/nokia/phoenix/products/RM- ( based on your phone RM )
then tick use INI at jaf, and jaf will automatic load your fw. rename core.COO to C.Or if you select it manually.

Hi. I was going to answer but thowed already answert it. I didn't had that folder so i had to create it, you can do the same if you don't have it.
About the speed problem i was having it was the memory card, i made i backup with pcsuite, formated the card and restored my files and it is back to normal. Thanks for all the help.
