Well, i guess i have to take back what i said before because speed problems are still here. Im noticing this on the text message section.
I also read something about the memory card being corrupt and that can cause the phone to get slower. Could it be this?
How do i solve this ? just by formating the memory card?
    Thanks

what kinda slow speed did you mean? remember mate your phone run at symbian not an android with 1ghz processor.
so if you want a better speed at least a little improve then moding it, theres a mod for disable lag at messaging etc.
about mmc i dont really know it...AFAIK corrupted mmc can make your phone ( gallery, music player or others ) screw up.
delete sys, system, resource and private or scan and fix with pc but for better result format it at your pc then phone.

Format your MMC and flash with a custom firmware

The slow speed i talked about was mostly at the text messages, and also in some menus but the text message lag is the most annoying, for example, i click on reply a text and i have to wait like 10 seconds so i can start typing and then when i hit send it's another time waiting so the icon that indicates the text is being send appears on the top of the screen. I know that saying 10 seconds doesn't seem a lot ( i actually didn't count them lol but it must be some time like that). I know this is probably from the firmware or the memory card, because although this nokia is not a super machine i know it was quicker than this and i noticed it was quicker without the card, so it's probably the memory card problem.
Im going to try to format the memory card and see if it solves the problem.
    Thanks
