    Default Unbricking a phone

    If i brick a phone using incorrect firmware, can i unbrick it using JAF and the correct latest firmware?

    Yes.. but j.a.f cant help if you bricked your phone by downgrading your f/w

    Yes JAF can be used to unbrick your phone. But remember that all bricked phones cannot be unbricked through Dead USB Flashing. Sometimes dead flashing using FBUS cable is the only way.

    @Upakul

    But JAF does have a downgrade option. I guess it is safe to downgrade if you have JAF box and FBUS cables with you.

    it's safe to downgrade when you check the platforms. some phones allow you down via usb with jaf. generally old s40 like 5300, 6300, 3120c etc. from smartphones i've tried e51 - sometimes ok, sometimes not. but at least you can fix it by normal flash.

    I confirm that it's possible to downgrade some models. I've succesfuly downgraded Nokia 6300 from v 07.30 to v 07.21. The reason for downgrading was the fact that only version 07.21 or older had Lithuanian language support which my parents needed.

    I've downgraded Nokia 6300 using JAF.
