    iPod 2g means 2nd generation iPod, that's how apple diffrentiates between it's yearly releases. iPod 2g is the iPod the is currently on sale.

    iPod 2g us how apple diffrentiates it's yearly releases. The iPod 2g is the latest generation, the one that Is currently on sale and has a black back cover like the iPhone 3G

    2G and 3G are used for type of network umts or gsm
    ipod touch ist gen and ipod touch 2nd gen is what they are called

    i have been using it since last 2 days ...
    it works just fine ..specially for transfers of images

    Hahaha don't fight because of me
    2g for ipod means 2nd generation(faster CPU and a integrated speaker)
    Some people claimed that when opening this ipod they have found a bluetooth module inside but it seems Apple never wanted to use it

    The module is officially used. It is used to connect with the Nike shoe monitor.

    riwshi is rite ...the bluetooth module in ipod touch is for pairing with nike devices

    I got an E51 to find the iPhone via bluetooth without having to have the iPhone jail broken or having the app. I think the e51 found the phone by "accident" . Let's hope that's happens more often.
