Regarding your suggestions, thanks but ASRock is cheaper but also uses cheaper components so it tends to be less reliable. It can still be a good choice but is not the safest so I don't mind to spend that extra $$$.

I already had a PSU, a Corsair GS600 so I didn't had to buy one.

    The memory is 2x4Gb.

Regarding the GPU, I specifically wanted a NVidia card since it had less issues in games than ATI. The GTX570 is not the best GPU available but is, IMO, the best price/performance one. This card cost me 315 Euros.
Well, if the main discussion is still on PC Specs, I guess we can talk here.
The difference in performance between the dual and quad cores is so minimal in BF3.

ASRock motherboards aren't of cheap quality. If you read the reviews, the Extreme3 Gen3 has won customer's choice award in (most probably) newegg. Its got all solid japaneese capacitors, too. So that ain't bad in terms of quality. Plus, Z68 allows you to use the iGPU. Quick Sync of the iGPU is an awesome thing to convert or transcode your videos. It does the job faster than discrete cards like yours.

The PSU of yours is sufficient for the build, atm.

Yah, GTX 570 is still a good card.

I've upgraded the RAM of my PC.

    Processor : Intel Core i3 2100 - 3.1Ghz - 2 Cores - 4 Threads
    Motherboard : Intel DH61WW - Single H61 Chipset Design
    Memory : Corsair Value 4GB DDR3 1333 x1 & EVM(Dynet) 2GB DDR3 1333 x1
GPU : Intel HD 2000, yet to get a discrete one.
    Storage : Seagate Barracuda 500GB SATA 6.0GB/s 7200.12
Optical Drive : Hitachi-LG 24X Super Multi DVD Burner
    PSU : Corsair CX430
Case : Really a bad local mATX one. I "NEED" a better case.
