Well, your RAM then should be DDR2? Not sure if it makes a big difference, but I guess it will make some difference anyway. What about the programs you're running?

    Yes my RAM is DDR2.
When i play I'm running only Skype, ICQ (sometimes), steam and nothing else. When I'm ingame the Physical memory usage is ~80% and CPU usage is around 10-15% in some cases even 50%.

    Then it's maybe a GPU-issue?

Before the ATI, I had a GTX260 and the things were worse then now, so I thing the problem is in the RAM or as you say the HDD.
From what i read, Windows 7 eats 1GB of the ram and maybe the freeze and the fps drops are from the 900-1000 mb ram that are available.
In Wednesday or Friday, I’ll go to the shop and I’ll buy another stick of 2GB and I’ll post here what happened.

P.S. Thanks for the help mate!

You're welcome, but shouldn't you better get 4GB of DDR3 RAM? It's more than enough for my laptop, I never got any freezes yet and got an ATI too (which I think is actually a bit worse than yours).

I know that DDR3 is better but my CPU can't control it
In the next 3-4 years when i update my cpu to an AM3 I'll get 2x4GB DDR3

In 3-4 year, DDR3 will probably be uncommon..
