Default Change in expiry date of WhatsApp messenger

Automatic change in expiry date of WhatsApp.

My WhatsApp was supposed to expire on 30.11.2012, *however I got a message from them saying my WhatsApp was old and *I had *to download the latest version, which I did (version 2_8_23) and voila my expiry date changed to 15.2.2013.

WhatsApp Messenger is a cross-platform mobile messaging app which allows you to exchange messages without having to pay for SMS. WhatsApp Messenger is available for iPhone, BlackBerry, Android, Windows Phone and Nokia and yes, those phones can all message each other! Because WhatsApp Messenger uses the same internet data plan that you use for email and web browsing, there is no cost to message and stay in touch with your friends.

    Happy texting!

tbqh, whatsapp actually increases the expiry date by 6 months once the expiry date is nearby for the first time. Mine had to expire on September 14th, Now its March 11.. (am on android, assuming you got update now, you are on Symbian).
I Have seen on all my friend's whatsapp. No new thing to be honest

I too know that but not everyone in here knows it. Knowing and sharing/posting are different. respect the poster if they are trying to provide information. Happy posting.
