for those of who have bricked their bb follow this guide to unbrick

*Download Desktop Manager v. 4.3 (yes, i know its outdated, i downgraded from 4.7 just to use it.)

*Download your blackberry system software

*Install Desktop Manager v. 4.3 and System Software, then restart machine.

Recovery Process:

*Go to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader"

*Remove the "Vendor.xml" from "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader"

*Launch "Loader.exe" from "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader"

*Go to the detect screen (image 1.A)

*This part required rudimentary timing skillz:
-Take your blackberry, remove the battery from it.
-Connect your blackberry to computer (image 1.B) and ***START TIMING HERE*** click next before blackberry is sent into standby mode ***END TIMING HERE***. (battery icon on bb)
-Now you should be in the software install screen! (image 1.C)

*After installing your System Software setting through the App Launcher, please insert the battery into your blackberry. (This is necessary to do while your blackberry is updating or it wont be able to save its new software.)

*Please wait for a long time while your blackberry is updating and doing its thing.
