Not officially, there are some sites which claim it but they all look fake.

My Java skills are OK, but rewriting a full WhatsApp client is a huge task.
Did you found any Open Source Java based WhatsApp clients/libraries?

You might have heard about the open-source WhatsApp library, Yowsup (https://github.com/tgalal/yowsup‎)

It was made for BlackBerry. Even they used the source code; so, its legal. Yowsup is quite popular among BlackBerry users and it has been there for quite some time

You can also use this source code
    http://www.mediafire.com/download/8o...senger.src.zip

    Please help the Java users

    Best Regards
