Yeah i know but some ROMS aren't stable like the official ROMS. Which ROM is stable with all features working 99%?.
Please dont get me wrong, i am not dissing or creating an arguement. I'm just curious and would like to know how this Andriod stuff works.

Most of the popular custom ROMs are very stable, especially their final release versions. For example, I'm using Oxygen ROM v2.2.2 and it is even more stable than the official ROM on my phone (HTC Desire).

I got it on my HTC Desire. I had to update it with HTC Sync, but it works perfectly

Froyo seems to be the best bet presently. That changes things. Maybe in time, Gingerbread will be next.

Froyo has no advantage over Gingerbread, so if your phone has a Gingerbread update (like mine), I don't see any reason using Froyo.

For HTC Desire it does matters. You get your 2.3 update whit less built in apps (witch you cannot uninstall) from HTC so there is more internal memory left for your favorite applications.
